ok so....my eating over the past few days has been horrible...I balme it on my hormones and extreme monthly cravings.....I just have to get better at it. But my exercise has been good. So my goal for next week is to do better with both :)

Not gonna give up!

    don't put yourself under too much pressure, that's what causes binges.

    go easy, think to yourself "is this going to do me good, do I need this right now?"

    loving yourself that way will help you make the right decisions.
