I watched my portions and stayed within calorie range. I do need to drink more water. Thats something I need to work on.
AM Workout was: Treadmill 15 Mins 2.0 Incline @ 2.5 for 5 mins, 2.7 for 5 mins, then 2.8 mph for 5 mins Stairs for leg stretch Total distance 0.64.
PM workout was: Treadmill, 15 mins, 5% Incline, 2.9 mph distance 0.64.
Total w/o time 30 mins for the day and distance 1.28 miles. Already improving walking distance from the days before!!
Once I get through todays workouts that will make 5 days in a row working out (not bad for my first week). I even go down to the gym by myself and Im OK with that. Although yesterday (PM) a co worker asked if she could tag along.
And Ive only have one bad eating day. And I resisted the
yesterday. YAY ME.
Todays workout will probably be the same as yesterday. Hope I have the gym to myself this am though. I like it better that way.
I will probably weigh myself tomorrow morning just to see where Im at. I am feeling good, and Im happy I am back to working out and taking care of me.
