Well this week we have been busy so i had forgotten to take the time to write down what i had eaten for it to be tracked. I tried to track it all to the best of my memory though lol.

Am going to start adding in some walking/jogging on the treadmill starting monday. Got the strength training under control and set so time to add some cardio to the works and start dropping some weight. Am still fairly well and still only having 1 cup of coffee a day :D which is awesome.

For those who cant have gluten let me tell you that the gluten free cafe brown rice hot cereal is awesome. Is no cream of wheat but it is a great substitue. Also love the gluten free delicious muffin mix. Add some fresh blueberries into them and omg yum! they freeze pretty well to :D
