I am seeing the getting on here regularly really keeps me motivated and makes me think about what I am eating... I have continued to eat healthier than I used to, and when I work out I wobble my way out the door to go home... It shows, I am steadily loosing inches. My lbs have stopped, but the inches shows me that it is muscle. Im ok with that since muscle weighs more than fat and my body burns calories at a faster rate when I have more muscle tone. I have a friend who is training me now. We have such busy lives we dont go as often but its a better quality workout. I leave feeling accomplished, never wondering if my workout wasted my time.
