SPRING is Officially here.
Successful Spring Into Action Plan
Workout for ONE Hour a day DOESNT MATTER WHAT
Start a morning exercise routine
make sure to do 3 toning routines a week
I keep struggling with trying to create this complicated diverse plan when I am overlooking, overthinking and confusing myself. Has anyone else thought so much they froze themselves up from making a commitment and putting it into action?
That is ALLLL I have been doing for the month of March.
The good news....I forced myself to finally break my wall and slump of NEVER working out and just did it.
I have some great new DVD's to choose from that I discovered online AND I am working on my workout space.
GOAL for this weekend: Make a great workout space, workout, and organize my cardio clothes clothes closet.
