It is just about 5 am and I am listening to my lovely boyfriend snore as he sleeps. I am trying to do anything to distract my mind from my crazy, unneeded wondering. I would like to know why sometimes I literally cannot stop thinking about EVERYTHING that could possibly be going wrong in my life. Sometimes stress comes out of nowhere and slaps me in the face until I can't do anything.

On a lighter note, I did my first Bodyrock TV video earlier... It was 6 minutes and I still couldn't make it the whole way without stopping! Mostly because my lungs gave out :(

Things to work on:
-job hunting
-fight training with K

    I can certainly empathize on the stress response - all of the sudden everything feels like it's crumbling down and panic sets in. It sounds cliche, I know, but I've found blogging about it till I've come back to reason and working out have helped stabilize those moments. I began with really low impact, 10 minutes of moving and found if I was more worried about not keeling over I wasn't focusing on the uncontrollable stress. I swear it's helping...
