Spark had a good article about checking your level of commitment to living the way you know is best for you. I read it and am thinking it over. I'm somewhere between slight committed and fully committed. This week I didn't track my food and I'm annoyed with myself about it but there you are-I didn't. Mostly because I didn't WANT to enter all those tortilla chips and see how many calories they are!!
BUT-I did get up every day, Monday through Friday-and exercise. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I used a Spark-generated plan for strength building. Tuesday and Thursday I walked and jogged on the treadmill.
Exercise is my friend-when I exercise I feel better about all the other crazy stuff at work and in life generally. Keeps my mood up.
