    This is oh so true. I need to get to sleep even earlier. Last night I went to sleep at 9 and I was up by 4:45. I have a terrible time sleeping in the morning. if it is not me that is up, it is Utah.

    Boy, now that I am still trying to adjust to the time change and am waking up every night between 1 and 2 am, I see how important sleep is to your general feeling of well being... Walking and exercising is harder, and I find you crave sweets more for some reason.. I love sleep!! emoticon
