Lost 1.1lbs last week :)
I am keeping at it and on track properly now. Diet and exercise are under control this week. One more workout to go for the week now too - later today infact so I will be 100% on track.
I have been feeling a little stressed, letting work pile up at the moment. I just turn off and stop when I get stressed but that just makes things worse. I need to get something done tonight and maybe then I'll feel better?
Two more weeks until my next progress picture so I need to keep at it!
I discovered konnyaku noodles recently too. I think they may be useful as an occasional 'filler' food for padding out meals. They have an interesting texture. I have some konnyaku curd to try too. Not sure the rest of my family will think much to it though lol.
New workout seems to be going well - its getting harder. One more week before the 'test' week where I can test myself to see if I'm ready to up my weights again.
I really like the forced progress on this programme. The idea is that you add just one rep per week over 5 weeks. Then on the 5th week if you manage all 12 reps on both sets then the following week you start over with a slightly heavier weight. Not sure I'll be going up on all the exercises though. Some I'm sure I'll be going up on others I think will be staying the same.
