Stressful ending to the day had me on the treadmill for 2 hours and 5 minutes. No Insanity. I just wanted to walk/run.
Today's goals: Insanity Day 3 and the remainder of my 120 minute workout goals will be done on the treadmill again. I'm hoping to increase my running more tonight.
Trying to think, speak, and be positive.
