I've been reading lots of articles about healthier foods.
Some of them - not all - look intriguing.
(Sorry folks, I'm having serious issues with tofu. Jello as a meat substitute? I can use some pointers.)
So I cruised the produce section of my local supermarket. Bought lots of salad stuff, some veggies that need to be cooked, and checked out the fruit selection. Then I went to Trader Joes since everyone raves about that place. I got some fresh stuff, and some frozen. Even bought some edamame.
But the weight still isn't coming off.
Apparently you have to actually EAT that stuff!
Next up; buying a gym membership...
