I weighed myself yesterday and found that I gained .04 more. Okay, that's not bad considering my nutrition choices hadn't been all that great the past 2 weeks. So I'm good with it. Not that I'm eating a LOT of junk but I have been snacking on some not so nutritious things. Someone mentioned a favorite snack and it got me thinking about Scoops with melted cheese and salsa dip, so you know what happens next.
I have been eating a nutritious breakfast though, thanks to Ladyrose and our mini daily challenge on the Crochet the Pounds Away team. I never was a breakfast eater even though I know it's important. Thank you Cindi! :)
My fitness has been okay, yep, just okay. I know I should be doing more, but I just don't have it in me right now. I know I'll get it back and it's not that I'm not doing anything. I'm working out each day, but not as much as I use to. Could be since I'm getting older I'm slowing down more.
