Walking on my treadmill an hour a day. I started at 0 incline, 1.5 speed, now up to 2 incline, 2.7 speed and sometimes 3 speed. I try not to miss a day. I really enjoy it.
Tracking my food and watching my sodium. Trying to keep to 1500 mg a day for my blood pressure.
I am hoping with the weight loss, dietary changes and exercise, I can eventually go off my diabetic and blood pressure medications.
I want to start kayaking. It sounds so fun. I looked at some today.
