Week 3 walk 2

So I was bad and didn't cross train yesterday emoticon I decided to spend time with my husband instead since he goes back to working nights after spring break and I won't be able to see him. I told him to start waking me up in the morning, turning lights on etc when he's getting ready for work. I'll have to go into work early to get my extra hours after spring break. I've decided since yesterday ended up being a rest day, I'm going to take clothes and change at work so I can stop by the rec center to do some cross training tomorrow after work, like the bike or elliptical or something.

I did track food today and stayed under target calories, even with snacks! emoticon (My food is the biggest trouble). I also went and walked though it wasn't quite 3 miles (2.84 per I didn't job but focused on walking quickly with good form (though I feel pretty silly pumping my arms a lot). Average time was 16.5 min mile, which is pretty good:)

I also drank my 8 cups of water though I need to try and drink more since I'm working out. I've got some crystal light to add to my water at work so hopefully that helps. The water is supposed to be filtered but it doesn't taste that great.
