I have a research paper due soon in my Art History class and I have two more essays to write before my exit essay in English. I have three more sections in Math plus the three tests covering those sections and then my final for Math. I should be done by May 2nd even though the semester actually ends on May 4th. I have gained like 4 lbs. back which is nothing compared to the 100 i've lost. But I don't have a whole lot of time to exercise right now and I am all stressed out and usually what I do to relieve stress is exercise. To top it all off it snowed again and the temperature dropped and now I can't even walk to class. I am going to finish my research paper this weekend to get it out of my hair. Maybe even one or both of the essays due also. That might make April a little less stressful. But I can't wait until summer! I m going to live at the Wellness Center when I am not playing in my garden or walking the Kal-Haven Trail. It has become my happy place. :)

Very wise course of action. I always found if I just sat down and wrote something that pretty soon I had enough to develop into a paper. I know the Writing courses teach you to make outlines and note cards and all that stuff, but I really did better by reading until I knew my topic, copying pages or clipping the ones that had points that made sense to me, and then just writing words and sentences. Includes lots of revision, but that helps to clarify your thoughts. Write on!

Lots of stuff to do, but you can do it. I like the idea of a 5 minute break and maybe a quick 10 minutes even if it is just fast dancing to a few songs to keep moving and maybe help the stress levels.

Take 5 minutes out every couple of hours to stretch, or walk around. You'll perform better and you'll feel better about your commitment to your long term health and well-being.

Sounds like you have the rest under control.

Great!
