As a motivational tool, I'm going to start "streaking"! (Get your mind out of the gutter--that's not what I mean!)
For each day that I achieve my fitness goal, I'm going to put a sticker on my calendar. Same for each day that I stay within my calorie range.
I've read about the streak technique several places on SparkPeople, and I think that having a visible reminder of my streak is a fabulous way to keep my self focused and motivated.
Here's to streaks & stickers!
