I ran out of the foods that I can eat last night. All I was left with was an apple. I ate that for breakfast this morning and then had to run to the store during my conference. I restocked. I bought some ground turkey to try. I have tried it in the past and didn't like it but thought I'd try and see if I could change my mind...I still don't like it. I'll finish off what I have but then stick to the chicken or turkey breast.

For whatever reason, my tummy is so upset tonight. I feel terrible. I think I just need some sleep. I feel like I have been juggling the kids without a lot of help. My husband has been busy with a project...boat motor. My parents are coming up tomorrow evening and as bad as I don't want to try on my dress yet, I am so glad that they are coming. It is always so nice to have someone else for the kids to tug at.

I do have one confession. I ate 2 bites of a digiorno pizza. Not on plan at all. The book did say that if you were going to cheat, then limit it to 3 bites just so you can get a taste. At least I only had two!

It may be from all the fiber that your tummy is upset. I like to eat my ground turkey with spices added along with feta cheese and spinach. I also have a great recipe for stuffed peppers with ground turkey that you can't even tell it is turkey. Good luck with the dress

Sorry to hear about your tummy troubles. Little things like that sometimes spring up around days 3-5.. tummy, headache, fatigue. This too shall pass! Hope today was better!

Sounds like you're doing wonderfully!! I'm not crazy about ground turkey.. but I am o.k. if I make it into taco meat, or season it and dump it into veggie soup. Just not plain.
