March has been a pretty good month for me as I've made some real progress. Have lost about 3 pounds in 3 weeks which is huge for me. More importantly though, I've made a few mental changes. I've mostly eaten healthy and finally put a stop to mindless, night-time eating in front of the TV. I still have to increase my activity level and slowly starting an exercise program is my next project. Wish me luck !!!
