I just realized that Day 72 means I've been at this for over 10 weeks. Crazy! I am holding steady at 12lbs lost, so still more than 1lb per week. I'd love to be lower by now, since I dropped the first 8 a LOT faster than the last 4, but slow and steady wins the race .. right?? Gotta say though, I'm pretty ready to be back under 180 again now that I'm back on track.
I hit 10,000 steps again today! Going to the gym and using the elliptical is making all the difference. I didn't make it first thing in the morning as planned but was able to go once T got home from work. Once the weather warms up and I can take Maxwell walking in the stroller, I'll be able to reach the steps goal more often I think. I also climbed 25 floors today, woohoo!
Sparkpeople says I'm about 200-cal over, but Fitbit says I can eat 200 MORE if I want. Yikes, I think I'll stop while I'm in the middle. I was so hungry after the gym, I ate dinner and then an apple with peanut butter and THEN I got into the mint milanos and ate the last two. Lost control a little bit, but honestly I still feel hungry half an hour later. Go figure.
I really hope fitbit is pretty accurate, otherwise I am in trouble!
