I will start off by saying I have had a tough last few days! Between job interviews, taking care of kids, and other daily stresses I havent been eating healthy. I have been eating high calorie, sugary,salty foods. I'm starting to regain my healthy habits today, after 3 bad days and although having a tough time i am happy about it. I'm trying to finish my 30 day workout video so that I can take before and after pictures, and start a new video. I want so badly to drop some weight by summer that im getting SO discouraged lately. I know a bad attitude gets you nowhere so I am going to shape up and get to work. I will keep my blogs updated :)

    Give yourself a emoticon for being ready to get back to your healthy habits. I agree that it can be difficult to balance busy life with healthy habits. Remember that every healthy choice counts. Slow and steady wins the race. emoticon
