I made roasted brussel sprouts tonight and was amazed how good they were. I have only ever had them steamed before. I will never go back to steamed. Wow, they are so good this way. Just cook one piece of bacon, chop it up fine. Cut the sprouts in half or quarters, depending on how big they are. Drizzle a little olive oil on the sprouts. Add salt, pepper and a tsp minced garlic to the sprouts and mix til coated. Roast in a 400 degree oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Yum!
