Changes are always happening and at time we do not notice right away. There can be good and bad ones. We can change in a good way as we change our eating habits, change our exercise time or enter into our everyday things, changes spiritually just by going back to church to reading spiritual things or talking to spiritual person that can help us keep us in track and get near to God, and changes in getting closer with family and friends. Bad changes is to keep to ourselves, be bad to others and so on.

I thank God for all the changes that had happened, are happening and will happen in my life. God helps me with my changes. After loosing so much weight and after 3 years I went back into bad habits which includes smoking, eating at night and not exercising. For the past 2 weeks I've changed my eating habits (healthy), stopped eating at night if anything I grab now a fruit and incorporated the exercise in my life again. I have change spiritually by going to church, reading motivational and spiritual books and articles.

Now I enjoy eating healthier with right portions and good and healthy food. Now I enjoy good, long or short exercise which I do 6 days a week. It is great to feel energetic again all for the strength God has given me.

With that said changes are better if they are good ones and for the right reason. I did change to the good in all means of the word.
