This week has been much easier on my mind than the last couple weeks. I have tried the self talk for a little bit at night. It seems to have helped. Weigh in tomorrow so I am hoping that it moved in the right direction.
When I remember how far I have come makes me happy on the inside. I am thankful that I can be active all day now, where as when I first started, I could hardly do a workout dvd for 20 min. or even walk for more than 30 min. When looking back at all those accomplishments it really does ease my mind.
