Food Intake - Love it

I enjoy determining what I am going to eat all day, logging it and sticking to it. It makes things so much easier when I know if I have a little bit more wiggle room or not. I can add my three oreo cookies for a snack and not die and over eat.
And my food scale is fun to use. Now I am buying grocery items in bulk and portioning it out.
