Thurs - wk4 5% winter challenge...Dr. motivation

Hello fellow travelers on the Get healthy trail of Teddy bears in winter ... I have mentioned my love for artists is growing and this is by a favorite : Robert Duncan. Thought it appropriate for our team.
This Polar Bear had Dr appointments this morning and good news was: loss of weight on their scales---5# in one month!! ; blood pressure better by the Dr than my home record for the past week; blood sugar still below the pre-diabetic level but showing some insulin resistance so CAREFUL!! Then the hard news was those Cholesterol #s have three months to COME DOWN or I have to go on guess who has added incentive to get the pounds off!!! Another reason to be Sooo thankful for this challenge that has be jumpstarted for this battle.

Jus a note of thanks too for the many friends that come by and encourage me with my blogs and my efforts. God bless you every one and i pray this is a smiling moment for your day.

    Congrats on your 5 pound loss and the lower numbers elsewhere. Cholesterol is hard to get down. Mine was inherited so I need medication. Keep doing what you're doing emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon oing and you'll get to where you want to be.
