As you can probably see below this post, I've reactivated a ticker since I've finally, thankfully started losing weight. A sincere thanks to Euphrates for her help steering me in a better direction than just riding, to Spark people and the wonderful tools here to keep a running food journal, to my Doctors who've also played a huge part in figuring out what the heck was wrong with me.
So I feel like I'm making so much progress that I'd never thought or even imagined was possible after years, decades really, of not having the ability to get some decent sleep, or to lose weight. Now I'm doing both and so much more.
Thanks the Euprathes' recommendation I've also started circuit training at the gym, and that's been making a big difference as well. Not only am I feeling better, but in February I passed the 16 MPH average pace on a bike and this month I passed an 18 MPH average pace. So I'm healing and growing while shrinking. Already my compression bike shorts fit differently and I'm eyeing my "skinny" jeans knowing I'll be back in them soon!
