It is the end of my work week tonight (at least the portion I have to complete on-site), so I am going to do something I have not had a chance to do since Monday afternoon: go to the Y and get some exercise.
I have learned that I really feel drained if I do not get my excercise in after work at least 3 days per week. I plan to give my body the gentle work-out it needs on the weight machines, walk it around the indoor track for at least 1/2 a mile, and then spend some time in the sauna and steam room to push out some of the poisons after the fact. That will put me in a space where I can go home and prepare for the events of the day on Friday.
