5.6 lost after SG 3 day prep yay!!!

Done with the 3 day prep and down 5.6 (172.4 to 166.8 this morning) YAY!!! I am so excited!!! It is hard but I am figuring out that as a vegetarian, I have depended WAY too much on carbs. I ate so much pasta, bread, junk that no wonder I was stuck. I know things work differently for everyone, and since this is working for me right now I am going with it!! =)
And not to worry, I am eating a lot!! Egg beaters 2-3 servings a day, 1-2 greek yogurts, big salads with fat free dressing (spinach, broccoli, green peppers, and sometimes cottage cheese). Plus a ton of water!
