I started 2 weeks ago trying hard to control the urge to keep away from the chocolate and sweets. So here I am 2 weeks on and my cravings have almost gone. I'm sure this must be how a smoker feels when giving up smoking. I don't mind saying that right now I feel very positive and full of energy.
I have done some walking just 10 minutes a day. I have also given up the cappachinos at work I would drink up to 4 a day now down to 1.
So what changed and what has given me the motivation. I can only put it down to Spark, I am logging in every day with out fail and being honest when I am tracking. Reading other spark stories and tip are a great help.
