Good grief, I miss the days when I was young and lost weight so easily. I could drop 10 lbs in the blink of an eye just by adding or dropping something. Now I have to work so hard AND I have to add and drop everything! Grrrrrrrrrrr
As of today I'm back using the tracker (again). This time I'm using the meal plans. I had hoped it would make tracking easier but with my food allergies a lot of my foods have to be cross referenced and added in by hand. I figure once I get a week or two of meals down pat things will get easier to log.
IF I can stick with this meal plan then I should be at my goal weight of 125 by the end of May.
Extra 10 lbs be gone!
