Goal Setting

Well I am still plugging away. I took a break from Thanksgiving to the New Year and let me tell you, it was a big mistake. I had lost 50 pounds then I gained back 15 not realizing it at all. I have lost five of those pounds since the end of January so that I am down a total of 40 pounds now and I am looking forward to reaching the 50 pound mark again! One of my new goals will be the next 10 pounds until I reach my big goal. I am learning the goal setting mindset thank to SP and SC!

If you haven't implemented any small term goals yet you should try it! It feels great to reach even the little ones! :)
