Day 4 of tracking my food and beverages. I keep in mind I set the bar low, just track calories. I don't have to stay in my calorie range or pre-plan my meals, just consistently record what I eat.
Yes it's getting more routine. I am doing it the easy way and repeating some of the meals, or making simple meals. Last night I had steamed sweet potato and green beans, with baked salmon. I already had the salmon recipe in a grouping so it was quick to add.
Two nights this week I sat next to hubby while he ate microwave popcorn, once at the movie and last night while we watched TV. Before dinner he will have a beer or glass of wine and I have nothing, so I am not being influenced by his choices. However he eats whatever I put in front of him and when he cooks he makes something appropriate for my diet, so I am influencing him.
Hmmm.... and yes I am staying in my calorie range.
