Becoming a 31 Consultant?
Thursday, March 21, 2013
The past two days have been going pretty well. Yesterday work was really good. It was a very calm day and people were in pretty good spirits. For lunch I decided to have a Lean Cuisine Chicken Fried Rice dinner and it was so gross. I usually hate frozen dinners but I thought I had tried this once before and liked it. It looked and smelled decent, but it had no flavor at all! So I added some hot sauce and pepper, and that didn't help at all. Needless to say, I didn't finish that lunch.
Now some things I do enjoy from the frozen dinner section. One of my favorites are these sandwiches from Lean Cuisine. They taste like real food.
Last night after work I went to my brother and sister in law's house. She had a 31 party. I absolutely love 31! I did really good, she had some snack items, including girlscout cookies. I was good and had one small muffin she made. It was full of fresh fruit and coconut. Other than that I stayed out of the kitchen. I ordered a Key chain that was only $5. I decided to seriously consider becoming a 31 consultant. I have so many of their products and I really think I would enjoy selling it. I am meeting on Monday with my friend Katie, who is already a consultant to talk over the details before I take the plunge. It only costs $100 to buy your kit, and you should see the products you get in that kit. It is a huge savings! So I figure, if I don't end up enjoying it, I am getting a steal on the products that I want anyways. So we shall see.
My neice and I at the 31 party!
This morning when I left for work it was freezing and there was just a little bit of a snow dusting on my car. But there was none on the ground. So I head to work not expecting any major delays, other than the normal rush hour traffic in the construction zone. Well before I get to my exit for work traffic came to a halt. It took me forever to get to the exit and once I got to my exit I notice the ground was covered in snow!!! There was a bad accident on the road where I get off at. I don't know where this snow came from because it sure as heck didn't look like that at my house! I slid into our parking lot at work. Happy Spring everyone! haha. At work today we celebrated March Madness. They had food catered in for us and it was sooo good!! We had salad from Bravo's and one of the people at work, her friend made us all jambalaya and homemade chicken and noodles. I had never had jambalaya before but omg was it delicious!! This morning I was thinking about not partaking in the lunch and just eating one of my frozen dinners. Well I decided that just because I am on a diet, doesn't mean I can't enjoy food that is being catered, or for special occasions. I did not go overboard on the food and I was really full from it, so dinner will be very light tonight. I did however have some cookies for dessert, but those are the only things I snacked or extra that I had.
I have already looked up recipes for jambalaya! lol
