I got in over 3 hours of exercise yesterday AND logged all of my food! emoticon Go Me!

That includes Day 2 of the Insanity Workout (39 minutes) and 143 minutes on the treadmill! I was one tired puppy by the end of the night but it felt great!

Shopping w/ hubby tonight; but, still aiming to get my 2 hours of exercise in (Insanity Day 3 and treadmill). Wish me luck!
