As I type I'm seeing random snow flakes fall from the sky. Hmmm hopefully it will remain as light as it is and not stick.
I've done the 2 day of the 28 day boot camp program with Swimming intended as my cardio
Bootcamp: 10-Minute Lower Body Blast with Dumbbells
So I have overlapping challenges. The first to do a video every day of Lent, and the 2nd to follow this 28 day boot camp program. Week 1 - Day 2
Hopefully this will jump start that dang scale which has fallen asleep since the start of March with no movement.
