Today was weight in and I lost 3 pounds! I am now under 200 pounds!
I had been eating a cheeseburger and small fry from McDonald's for lunch almost everyday. Calorie wise, I would stay under or just barely over, but I was always way over in fat from this lunch choice.
This week I haven't had this for lunch, my allowed fat was in the range Sparkpeople gave me, and I lost 3 pounds this week. So I am going to keep going on no fast food and see how I do for next week's weight in!
