I am back at this once again. This time instead of setting my tracker to lose all the weight that I want to. I set it for 10% of body weight, So, I will feel like I am accomplishing something manageable, instead of the overwhelming long term goal.

Hubby did buy me a recumbent exercise bike emoticon , we found it at a yard sale still in the box, never opened or used for less than half price! It is now set up in my personal gym. And I have started using it, three times this week already- every other day, and today was the longest, actually did 61 min, 11.6 miles and burned 463.8 calories. I am proud of this accomplishment. i NEED TO LEARN TO BE PROUD OF THE POSITIVE STEPS THAT I MAKE. I know that I have a long way to go, but one day at a time.
