Day 1 Streaking to Summer

Today I have already done 35 minutes on the Wii and plan to add additional walking / DVD's this afternoon.
Today's thought: I will rejoice at the example of others who have lost weight!
This was from an email I received today from Devotions for Dieters.
It really made me think that sometimes we get jealous of the fact that others are reaching their goals and we have not. However we need to be happy for them and use it to motivate us knowing that it is possible to reach our goals. We just need to remember that everybody is different and it responds differently to change.
As I tell customers if everyone was the same there wouldn't be a need for so many types of wine. It is the same with exercise and diet, what works for you may not work for me and vice versa.
