I know what to eat after all of the research I've done over the years. I have a pretty good clue of what to do physically to shed these crazy pounds and add some tone. I know that with a body that is in better shape and me being active to keep it that way will add more energy, more productivity and a better attitude besides just the weight loss.
The focus this time around is one day at a time. Just do something, ANYTHING, and I will get healthier.
I do have a daily challenge with my boss and that has helped a lot in the last few days.
This time around, IT WILL TAKE ME WHERE I WANT TO GO!!!
