So I am in the process of creating a "vision binder" if there is one thing that I would urge everyone to do it is make a vision board or binder of your goals, reasons why you are loosing weight/getting health and plan for doing so....I incorporated workouts I am doing or want to try and quotes that motivate me, pictures of where I want to be and reasons why I am doing this. It is just SUCH a good reminder it is visual and not just somewhere in my mind. Loving it, doing it, worth it!
