Hormone repair and sleep

How closely tied are these? Very.
Being kind to my body, and helping it to heal as God designed, sleeping well is an absolute foundation essential to good health and happy hormones.
Since beginning my hormone repair journey one month ago, I am feeling SO much better! Don't be mislead, I have a journey ahead of me. Damage done to my system over the past 6 years has left my body depleted and imbalanced. But sleep, ladies, our sleep is so important to good health and hormonal happiness.
A myriad of things help: turning off techy stuff at least 30 minutes prior to bed time to allow yourself a natural unwinding timeframe without the stimulation of a screen in your face. Secondly, limiting caffeine and making a full-stop of caffeine consumption after 12 noon is helpful. Thirdly, exercise and deep breathing for stress reduction! Fourthly, I am personally loving a supplement I began taking that aids sleep naturally with herbals. Ladies, it works, and it's non-habit forming. I encourage you to do your own research, and be cautious what you choose if you're on other meds, but mine has the following if you take 4 capsules--which I only take one-fourth of that dosage right before bedtime:
~Calcium (from dicalcium phosphate) 120 mg
~Phosphorus (from dicalcium phosphate and phosphorus amino acid chelate) 300mg
~Magnesium (from citrate) 100 mg
~Phosphatidylserine (from soy) 110 mg
~Passion Flower (aerial parts) 100 mg
Again, do your research, but this is what I'm taking and I love it!
As always, God bless you on your journey! I'm using God's natural medicine, God's healthy foods, and God's strength to help me heal my body, one day at a time.
