"The Plan", you may ask? Here's the scoop:
While "Miami" is taking care of some things in his life for the next month, I decided I'm going to do a 30-day plan of my own:
DAY #1 - Bought "The 10-Minute Trainer". I am looking forward to getting this in the next 3-5 days. I have always made the excuse "I don't have time to workout" other than my HoopFusion days, but that is not going to be an option any longer. I can ALWAYS find 10 minutes to workout! I just have to get off my butt and do it!
After this weekend, my schedule will lighten up CONSIDERABLY! I've been busy going to basketball tournaments (High School and Jr. College), preparing for Sweet Adelines Regional Competition this coming weekend, and with life in general. My HoopFusion instructor is feeling abandoned by me, I'm sure, as most of my events lately seem to fall on Hoop nights. UGH!
For some reason, I've been dropping the weight! I'm not sure if getting back on the Effexor on a daily basis has something to do with that or not, but when I weighed in yesterday, I was at 190.6!!
I had to step on my scale several times to make sure it wasn't broken. I think I'll use this morning's weight of 193.0 as the starting weight for "The Plan", though. (Not sure how I gained 2.4 pounds in 1 day!
At any rate, I can definitely feel a HUGE difference in my life since getting back on the Effexor! The discount card I found may not apply to generic versions of it, so I may be stuck paying $118 a month for it! Oh well...it's worth it!
Life will be extremely busy this weekend so I'll be checking back in on Monday to update on days 2-4.
