OK all...Today is the day before WI. I know I have done bad this week. But, that is behind me. NOT wanting to face the scale tomorrow morning...But, I must do so, so I do not lose my lifetime member status and also my e-tools code runs out this next week. I have left behind a total out of 26 points plus a day...28 for this week alone. My main culprit is that after 12am...I am just not hungry anymore. Also in the past 3 months, my weight losses have stagnated to only a one point four pound loss. I am looking at going back to basics by getting the new member kit with the measuring cups...however, it is kind of pricey. Who here has it and what are your thoughts???. Also I need to know of tried and true ways to get through a 9pm to midnight snacking habit?.
