I realized that I'm in the "somewhat committed" category, and I want to change that. I tend to get really hyped for a week or two, then something happens (like the car breaks down or I get strep throat) and suddenly that commitment I had flies right out the window.
The question remains. How does one move from being "somewhat committed" to "very committed" or "passionately committed"?
