Thursday Update - Down a pant size - next goals

Well I am very excited - I haven't lost much weight yet, but I noticed I was having to hitch my pants up all the time. Decided to try on a pair of 14s and they fit! Yay!
Also, I weighed myself this morning - 189.6 - out of the 190s - Yay!
I am very motivated still. In fact, when I got home from work last night, my DH wasn't home yet. Normally I would think great - house to myself - get to read for a bit. Not last night. Put on my work out clothes and did a work work out. I had set up a bench with weights a couple of months ago, but hadn't used it yet. I actually hadn't done a work out with weights since I tried the gym last January and sprained my shoulder the first work out. It had been weak from a previous injury. Last night I did a full body work out, but just 1 set of 10 reps for each. Start slow and work up. I don't have any cardio machines at home, and the roads are sloppy just now - I live on a dirt road - so I did steps ups on the stairs. Could only go 5 minutes, but its a start.
I have decided to celebrate every success I can. I am adding milestones to my spark page. Also, I will do a progress report each week to show where I am at as far as weight, bmi, waist size and waist to hip ratio. So here is my baseline from when I started or today if I didn't track:
