I notice I lose a lb or 2 then it stays at that point for awhile. I'm hoping it's because of the line dancing and other excercise that I do that causes that. Since I started the line dancing I've lost 4 lbs so I know I need to keep doing the dancing. I'm working on finding a good area at home that I can practice the dances so I get more in. At this point I'm dancing in class 3 days a week and teaching a class the 2nd and 4th friday of the month. Just need to fill in on the days I'm not going to class or teaching.
