GOALS FOR THE LAST SIX WEEKS OF 2012

get up as soon as I open my eyes (stop wasting time!)


30 minutes walking every day
30 minutes exercise (not walking) every day

continue making good food choices (stay away from fast food)

    I always copy my old page text into a blog when I change my Spark page, so that's why it's from November. But as far as the goals go.... well, I have kept up the exercise part because I have about an automatic 15-minute walk twice a day to and from my bus stop so I 'm getting a minimal amount of daily exercise.

Will TRY to reinstitute the other goals. Thanks for asking.
