I have been working out and loosing weight since jan. 1 2013, I am working out 5 days a week with "the biggest looses" video and eating healthy. I am down 15 # and 2 sizes. This makes me feel good. I know i have a long way to go.
I am at the point where i feel i need to be accounted for. need to have a place to communicate with others, get tips and ideas along with keeping track of my progress.
