I have been working out and loosing weight since jan. 1 2013, I am working out 5 days a week with "the biggest looses" video and eating healthy. I am down 15 # and 2 sizes. This makes me feel good. I know i have a long way to go.

I am at the point where i feel i need to be accounted for. need to have a place to communicate with others, get tips and ideas along with keeping track of my progress.

    Hi Ballarose, nice to meet you. I just saw your post, i'm still trying to figure this site out. which for some reason it has not come easy for me. i'm working on it.
I'll add you as a friend if i can figure out how again.. lol will be nice to have friends to help each other out.
where are you from? michigan here. and it's still cold. i'm waiting for the snow to leave so i can start walking and jogging some. we live out in the country and have a nice trail out behind our house that goes up and down hills to a lake. the round trip is 1 mile. it's my goal to make the trip at least 2-3 times a week. wish me luck. the last time i did it (before the snow) i did it in 19 min. hoping i can get it down to about 15 min.
right now i can't do a stinking thing. i pulled a muscle in my back about a week ago, been doing my workouts everyday, well it's not getting better, the fact is, it's much worse, yesterday i couldn't hardly stand it. I have to give it a couple days rest..
really a bummer.
so tell me some things about yourself.. what do you enjoy doing etc.

    Thanks for the nice welcome. I'm really looking forward to meet new friends. I've been playing around on the site most of the day trying to learn and get acquainted with it.
I can take what ever people have to dish out so don't be afraid to give me ideas or let me know if I'm messing up.
