Thought I would share my newest favorite salad with you: Talapia Salad
Pan fry 1 talapia filet in olive oil and a little dill, salt, and pepper.
Prepare your salad: lettuce, diced orange bell peppers, diced onion, cherry tomatoes, diced dried papaya, diced pineapple, a small handful of dried cranberries, and a little dill mixed in. Drizzle with pineapple juice (I just squeeze a slice over the salad). Top with the Talapia filet.
It's as yummy as it looks!
