Upward Swing

Well, I'm feeling a bit more positive today. Boyfriend got out of work last night super early so we actually got to spend some quality time together. It was just what I needed. We had a really long conversation about our future and plans and it was just relaxing and perfect.

I feel a bit like I've wasted this first week of the challenge, but I have had a lot on my plate and promise to do better next week for my team. I am impressed with myself at least for getting on here everything to track my food no matter how terrible it is and for keeping up my personal challenge to blog every day. I believe those two things along with all of your supportive comments have kept me from completely losing it.

On a somewhat positive note...I weighed myself this morning (unofficial because weigh in day is tomorrow) and I haven't GAINED anything. That being said my rings also felt snug this morning so I'm sure I'm retaining water. I'd be so thrilled if I managed to even lose 1/2 a pound for the weigh in tomorrow.

I might even get in my cardio today. We'll see. Thanks again to everyone for all your continued support.

    Are you kidding?! You lost almost 2 lbs! You are doing great - imagine what you'll be losing when you have the chance to really work at it! Darn life is always getting in the way - LOL I am proud of you! Keep it up and you will be unstoppable!!!

    Just keep doing it. Try and stay motivated. Eventually the weight will come off and you will start feeling even more positive. Hang in there!
